Thanks for everyone being so patient with the requests. I'll probably try to get them done, but traditionally. 3x more meaningful and 300x more crappy
However, I might be on a hell of a hiatus after, only popping in to respond to the roleplay I got into, due to me having to study for SATs
see, where I come from, we didn't have this thing :/

Really wanna go back home now. I couldn't finish the requests on the plane because there wasn't much leg room, but once my laptop comes back to life, I'll finish them. Anyway, what do you do when you're feeling homesick?

Copyright Policies
I have the right to post the art on other sites such as tumblr, etc. Yes, it is your character, but the art belongs to me. If you don't want the art posted on any site other than deviantART, please specify this clearly before purchase. It will be a private commission, which will cost you an extra $10 USD on top of my commission prices for any style.
You or anyone else are not allowed to make any changes to the original art. If you want to edit it for a banner for whatever reason, you MUST contact me before doing so. Credit is still required if I give you the ok.
My signature is not to be removed, and will not be removed upon request. No exceptions.
You are not allowed to reupload my art to any personal art sites (deviantART, pixiv, Anipan, etc.) unless you have asked for permission before hand. If you don't find your commission in my gallery any longer, you can also upload it to your sta.sh and use an img link instead.
Commissions
I will not hold any spots for anyone, nor will I notify you when I reopen. This is a hassle for me to keep track of everyone, and it is unfair to everyone else.
When ordering, please be sure to fill out everything in the form. If the ref is unclear, or if everything isn't filled out, I will not consider your order. This is primarily so I don't make mistakes on the commission. If there is something wrong in the ref sheet, I am not required to change it after the commission has been completed. However, if I was the one who made the mistake, changes will be made free of charge. This means that if you adopted a character that has dot eyes (in black), I will keep the eyes black unless you tell me in the 'extra's part of the form.
Don't just put something like "I'd like to order from you", that will not guarantee your slot. If I don't reply to you soon enough, someone else who has filled out everything correctly will get the slot instead.
I accept points and paypal. IF PAYING WITH PAYPAL, YOU MUST PAY THE FEES AS WELL. If you do not pay the fees, I will send the money back, and the loss of money on fees will be on you. When paying with points, I will usually set up a commission widget, but whether or not you send it directly to me will be specified in the journal.
I will only draw in the styles that are being offered. Anything else that is up in my gallery that you would like and that is not in my commission journal is not up for sale. I experiment a lot with different styles, so I might be uncomfortable drawing in that style once again.
I have the right to decline a commission if I don't feel comfortable with it.
The commissioner is responsible to save the commissioned work. I delete things through my gallery from time to time, as well as from my computer.
Pricing/Payment

Do not send payment before I have accepted your commission!
The commissioner must pay the paypal fees, if this payment method is chosen.
Deadlines and Refunds
Although I prefer deadlines not to be set since I'm usually busy with school, they can be negotiated if I am given a reasonable amount of time. If I feel I cannot meet the deadline, I will decline your commission. If the deadline is not met, I will give you a full refund.
I will not refund you after I have accepted the commission. However, if you are unhappy with the result, I am open to making slight changes to it. I will not redo the commission from scratch. If you feel like I am taking forever with your commission (3 months+), I will refund you upon request.
Adoptables
Do not bid if you do not have the money. I won't wait forever for payment. Please pay within 24 hours after I've contacted you. If I don't receive a reply within that time, I will reopen the adopt or sell it to the second place bidder.
If you retract your bid without a legitimate reason, you may be placed on a blacklist of mine and be banned from bidding on any of my other adopts. It's a pain for me to have to open it again, and wait for someone else to bid on it.
Don't complain about the pricing. Sure, maybe I'm using the money for selfish reasons, but what about those who need the money to pay bills or something? You don't know what situation they're in, and you have no right to tell someone all their hard work isn't worth shit. Keep that kind of comment to yourself and/or your friends, no one is forcing you guys to buy it, and it saves us all the extra bullshit.
You may not resell the design for more than what you've paid for it. If it comes with extra art, you can charge for more, but please price them accordingly. If I see people breaking this rule, the character will be back in my possession. Trading is completely fine as well, though I would prefer you tell me the new owner of the adopt to avoid any confusion in the future.
You must credit me for the design when when used.
Once you have bought the character, the character belongs to you. You are allowed to make changes to it. However, if it is an original species, only the slightest of changes (such as color and outfit design) are allowed to be made. Changes to the ears/tails are prohibited unless you have gotten permission from me.
Sometimes I will include extras. But you may not ask for them.

No more for noooow c:I'll probably be packing my bags between today and tomorrow morning ( I never realized how much junk I had piled up in one closet e u e;; ) and I need something to do on the plane once my ipod and DS die, so I might as well do some headshots. Might squeeze a chibi or half-body in there o; If I can't do them on my laptop then I'll do them traditionally and line them once I get into my new house.
